i need some info on this coral. and if you have it in your tank a pic would be nice.

a friend had ordered a frag in a group buy from seacrop and but the emailed me saying they are out of stock.

well it is a pretty Xenia that is for sure.
some nice reading in general would be this.
now i use the Xenia as a general trem since they are the same family(Xeniidae)
the more maty look of the Anthelia is really cool.
now when you do you searching for it . watch the differnt names you will come across include Pom-pom coral , waving hand coral and i belive glove coral too ( not sure on the last one)
this does require good lighting The symbiotic algae zooxanthellae feed this type of coral. so no spot feeding really need at all. there are a frew areas that you can get it Indonesia and the south pacific .. that may be the reason for the variuos names. thsi will also play on how it looks and the temperature it may need to live.

not surprised by that at all. it is a rather hard coral to keep alive.
needs a med to heavy flow and very very good lighting
