Aiptasia V.s. copperbanded butterfly...

if i get a copperbanded butterfly or angel or whatever it is lol to take care of my aiptasia problem when they are gone will he go after my zoas or shrooms? or any of my corals ? i mean what else can i feed him/her in order to make sure he does not take onto eating my corals ? and will he just go after the aiptasias off the bat ? or will he just cruise around and eat whatever he wants? ?? ?

thanks for the feedback

I got a coperband butterfly in hopes that he would kill my aptasia,.. he did,.. but he also nipped at LPS, ate star pylops, and nipped at zoas,.. when he finally started going for Clams I yanked him out.

BTW,.. all this time he was well fed with Misys shrimp.

I would choose a different option personally,.. HTH,

They are also quite fond of small feather duster worms.
If you can't get the aiptasia-infested rock out (to zap 'em with vinegar) I would suggest peppermint shrimp. Keep in mind that anything you introduce for the purpose of controlling undesireables may just take a liking to your favorites.
There's a species of nudibranch that (alledgedly) eats nothing but aiptasia but you have to make sure they find it by placing them in close proximity.
