i spent the rest of yesterday afternoon and all night searching all my bookmarks, favorites, contacts, etc, for another orange torch like these. i picked up the phone and called some contacts who i thought might have a lead...we are talking hours and hours of looking...but no dice!!!

if anyone can get me a lead on the ellusive orange torch, i would be more than happy to put you on the list for the first frag!

i have been having fun with the lps lately! tomorrow morning i have an orange wall hammer arriving. recently i've picked up 4 different cyphastreas and also quite a few frags of acans, favias, and a nice aussie hillae. i am waiting to find the "perfect" scollys to make a stunning trio...we have a really unique 4-headed (!) neon orange aussie scolly piece at the store that REALLY needs to end up in my tank at some point, but even my cost on it is well over $500. it is going to have to chill in the show tank there for a bit.

i ended up emailing beth @ paceast...

she relayed my message to doc mac, who informed her that they are extremely hard to come by and he doubts they'll be able to get one. however she said they'd put me on a list and let me know if he comes across them on one of his trips to la.

I saw this guy have something call golden torch. It look similar to the picture you post. He has on his website and I saw in his tank as well. This is the website http://www.neptuneaquatics.com/ . It's in SJ/CA though.

i did find another oddball and bought it earlier this week for $200. it is a yellow/white (same head) hammer. check it out!
