My blasto is dying.

I bought a blasto frag about 2 weeks ago and was looking good. It was placed towards the bottom of my tank with 3 heads on it. I went about 2 weeks in my nano without changing the water when i usually do it every week. I've been very busy and havnt had time to look at my tank, so when i was doing the water change i saw that the head towards the right is no longer there, and the one next to it is starting to dissapear also. What can I do?

little more info. Test numbers and such. A pic would help. How did you acclimate? Anything eating on it? Starfish or something. I would say a reef iodine dip, but that's only good for parasites and infection, and without knowing what happened it's hard to say. How is the remain heads? Any jellying? I havn't had blasto's so hopefully someone with experience can help out. Every time I have lost an lps it's been due to stinging by something else that fell. Anything near it?

I would shade them, and try and feed them. I've killed 2 blasto frags with too much light,.. most especially under florssents,.. they don't seem to like much light. My current ones are in the shade, look great and are growing quick.

I would definitally reccomend getting some test kits and keeping up on your numbers,.. it would be very handy to know what is out of the norm if you ever start to have problems.
