Question

How do you frag a hammer coral ???

I have a hammer and it had gotten rather crowded with the other two on the same rock. I would like to split them up so they can be spread out.

The 3 stems go down to the rock but after killing my large hairy mush while doing my first transplant and a blue stripe definitly asking more questions on this one.

On the 2nd pic it looks like you could use a dremel at the base of the "y" and seperate the 1 head. There is not enough skeleten to seperate the other 2 heads yet

Cutting there will be fine. To be honest tho my hammers skeleton spread as it grew. Went from 4 heads to 8 and then I broke it in half.
