Got some nice Aussie Duncans this weekend...
I went up to Cultivated Coral last Friday with a friend to pick up his new pump and I got some Aussie Duncans. They are very nice and opened up beautifully, just though I'd post pics of them.
when I first got them
couple hours later, and after some brine
btw I had a great experience there and if you get a chance check them out they have some nice stuff and he says he should have some more Australia stuff coming in soon as well.

Awesome, I've wanted duncans since I first saw them. Unfortunately they go for $75 a head around here.

That's just about how much the ones I seen were, 4 heads for $250.

Yeah, but the cheapest I've seen them online is at liveaquaria, I think they are $60 for a three head piece, after shipping, it's still a big investment. I'm a little gun-shy when it comes to spending money on live stuff that is sent though the mail.

WOW!!! I had no idea how expensive they were. I guess we scored at $10 for one head at a reef show.

Nice coral.Don't forget to feed it well as i've found these to be a very greedy coral and also quite a fast grower for a LPS.
I've also got the plating type duncan which isn't as common as the "normal"type but just as easy to keep.

I've thought of splitting mine up too as it's grown really big but it looks so nice i'm afraid of spoiling such a eyecatching coral.Got to over a hundred heads now.
