Turbinaria Pagoda is an easy coral to keep..its plating so it doesnt need to encrust over alot of rock.. it needs moderate light..if you have MH place it moderate to low..under PC moderate to high..keep your calcium 380-420 & KH at 8-12 Magnesium at 1350 & it should grow good..also keep flow medium..not too low or high

Thanks for the info ChilisrEasy. I was reading up on them in 2009 marine fish and reef. Think I might try to type the article up or scan the pages for everyone to read.

I bought a frag a few months ago, to be clear, there is a difference between Cup/Pagoda and scroll corals. The Scroll coral that I have is very similar to a Montipora Cap. in growth and polyp shape, with the polyps only being slightly larger than a Monti. The Pagoda as enormous polyps, about 1/2 the size of a wine cork at mid day.

Mine seems less adept to feeding than other LPS I am familiar with. It takes so long to "swallow" the food, that I need to protect it from fish for some time to ensure it gets to eat. It is a very beautiful coal and very rewarding, at full extention it is not far from look of a Goniopora, but without the headaches.
