I bought a frag a few months ago, to be clear, there is a difference between Cup/Pagoda and scroll corals. The
Scroll coral that I have is very similar to a Montipora Cap. in growth and polyp shape, with the polyps only being slightly larger than a Monti. The Pagoda as enormous polyps, about 1/2 the size of a wine cork at mid day.
Mine seems less adept to feeding than other LPS I am familiar with. It takes so long to "swallow" the food, that I need to protect it from fish for some time to ensure it gets to eat. It is a very beautiful coal and very rewarding, at full extention it is not far from look of a Goniopora, but without the headaches.
