sorry dont have macro shot, if you look towards the bottom of the coral you can see bone it wasnt like that 2 days ago. is it dying or just growing normal.

Is there anything nearby that could be stinging it? A better photo would be really helpfull. Doesn't have to be macro, just clear.

Try getting the camera stable. Maybe use a chair and stack books on top to get the proper height.

it looks fine, as they grow the skin will recede from the bone portion. looks like it is just growing!
