The corals get light, occasional vit C, MRC CR6 reactor; I keep just a few fish in 180 gal, feed fish once q3 days w/ nori soaked in selcon; no flake or special "MYSTERY" coral additives or feeds, and I feed the anemones in the tank w/ mysids via targeting them directly once a week along with the LPS in the tank (a big Cynarina spp., some exotic Caulastrea Spp., a few Euphyllids, everything else Scleractinian is some type of stony reeftop coral, no softies in the display). I have on occasion fed oyster eggs, but do so infrequently; with 150 lbs liv rock and a DSB, everybody gets something to eat with this mix.

That's part I love about this food.. you just drop the cube in the tank, with the gel binder you very little phosphate release. Did your fish not go crazy over the RDF? Even the pickiest fish will eat this stuff

They like it, I just like to mash my food up before I put it in there. That way my fish arent fighting over half a cube....Being that I only have a 45 gallon, they get half a cube a day now. and they fight over it if I dont mash it up. So to prevent lost fish.....I dont like the gel. But its a good food for sure.
