Some corals change color under different lighting conditions. Going from MH to PC is a pretty big change. Do you see any tissue loss or is it just turning brown? I've had mostly good luck in that most of the coral I get ends up coloring up more. My lights are usually better than the LFS, but your situation may be different.
Are you running any carbon? With all the softies in there, you may have some warfare going on. Especially with the xenia.
