What kind of lighting and flow does it take to have some monti caps? I like how they grow off the rock. Also what kind of lighting is needed for birdsnest coral?

Nothing less than 4-T5's will do, I believe you can get an upgraded hood for your tank with a 150 MH (which would be my choice)
