Question

first coral

Just added my first coral ever. Hope ive placed this one in an ok spot!

Its on the bottom of a 24" deep tank right below a 250mh. Circulation here is about medium. It moves slowly in the current.

Im curious... I read where generally they take quite a while to re-open after adding them.... Im not sure but it looks fully open after only 15 minutes in the new tank... Any advice in care is appreciated!

It looks like they may be clove polpys, which are a "Soft" coral. What was it sold to you as?
