Fan coming from inside coral

I'm not sure if anyone can help me with this or not, but I was just cleaning one of our tanks and there is a little fan (could it be a worm) just waving around from inside an acro frag. I'm not sure if I should do something or dip it or what. I have never seen this before Thanks

Sounds like a tiny fan worm. Harmless!
