Digitata Bleached

Ok, I know i'm retarded, but I moved my digi's to my new tank and moved them up closer to the light too quick. And they bleached. I moved them down to the sand bed. Will they recover or will they always be white. They aren't dead. I can see polyp extension.

well i have had issue similar try to keep parameters very equal to not try to add any vitamins or any supplements they will only stress the corals by changing water parameters and not giving the coral a chance to recuperate just keep finger crossed and give it time plenty of it
