Coral Freanzy OR Reef Chili

I wanted to get some food for my SPS just for peace of mind. I know fish poop and light do the job but i want more, I was wondering which of these two SPS foods are good for Montis and Acros. I already use Cyclopeez for my LPS. Also ive heard of this stuff called Golden Pearls but ive read that it doesnt have as much stuff as the CF or R Chili. But the GP and R Chili doesnt contain oyster larvae or Salmon Roe. Hmm what do get... Any advice or experiences guys??

I've never used either, but if your gonna use it , you should have a very efficient way to remove the excess. Is your coral doing poorly, or are you just looking for something "extra" for the sps?

EXTRA. I know people say to just use a little bit as to not cause over feeding problems

Does your SPS look like they are hungry?....my rule of thumb is...Don't kick a sleeping dog...If all looks healthy why add more?....everything added to the reef tank could have different effects down the road...

No i dont think they are hungry.. The only fish i have in my 75 are a small yellow tang, coral beauty, fang blenny, and two helfrich firefish. Im not much of a fish person anymore as i am now jones in' for corals these days. But you know how the say that corals dont need food just light but when i feed my acans and other LPS cyclopeez they grow twice as fast.. So why shouldnt it be the same for the SPS?
