I think they're waiting for the house to be completely wrapped and skinned, so that they can do some stuff without freezing to death. It's like waiting for Godot.

Any info on how the front panels will be installed and sealed?
What type of materials will be used?
Gasket with silicone? Is the concrete to be sealed with an epoxy first?

i'll tag along in a few months or so, when i can expect a little progress. We from the Netherlands are kept in suspense long enough.
Thinking of buying a overseas ticket from europe to US to camp out at the mansion......

Ah, the inspector is probably trying to stall the process so that they sell and he can have the reefzilla house to himself.

This is a question i have as well. I know on some of the older public aquariums they actually used wood frames and then the pressure of the water kept the glass up against the frame and the water causes the wood to swell and seal against the glass.... but i think a better method will be used here.
