Nikonosis and Discdoggies 180g InWall

Finally!

Construction Pictures:

Inside the closet

Niko in the closet (LOL)

Ripping out the wall in the kitchen side of the closet, to extend the wall on that side:
Before:

Cutting:

Measure twice cut.....

We have...a hole.

That tan wall is the closet that runs between our living room (right) and dining room (left). It places the tank right at the center of the house and will be viewable from both rooms.
Niko has the options of having the tank viewable from 3 sides, 2 sides, or just the front.
He hasn't decided yet.

Tomorrow he plans on framing out the wall extension in the kitchen.

A hole is born:

Niko put a header in the closet, better safe than sorry:

Jailbird:

I told him the hole looks kinda small... maybe the 180 is too small for my tastes....500gallons???? hmmm.

How'd this get in here?!!!!
New rock in the nano. Not quite aquascaped yet.

and finally, the hole in the wall, tomorrow we'll go get some drywall and finish the wall extension.

Hopefully by next weekend. Since I broke my 6 months ago, all this work is starting to kill it. I am going to work on it some more tomorrow but probably won't work on it again till next friday.

It sure is bad to break your wrist on 6/6/06, bad date. LOL
