Light Mounting

Got a new 6' fixture coming and would like to mount it to the rafters above. The previous was only on 2x4's sitting on the tank. I have no idea how to begin going about this. The tank is empty so now's the time to drill if I need to...I don't think it will have hanging hardware, the hood is aluminum and I figure maybe eight eyehooks should be placed into the hood, but I'm just guessing. I'd like to hang it above with some kind of pulley system to all the mounts so it will raise or lower evenly. Ideas would be really appreciated...what would you do and how would you do it.

Use a stud finder and all you need is two studs and put eye hooks in them and two in the fixture and add the wire and pullies!

Will eye hooks be strong enough? I've seen chains and bicycle hanging systems....
