honestly i am just about to the point of setting up plumbing. the return line will be the easy part. the rest will be a nightmare so i am taking it slow and focusing on the nano right now.

The whole project has been shelved for a year due to financial issues... the tank is going up against the wall for now.

Circulation pump, heater, and plumbing. then i need to build a control box for the electricity consumption... and then be able to afford the electricity bill.

honestly, plumbing is not as big a deal but the fittings that i still need will add up fast. the circ pump is another big ticket item, looking at something like a pcx 100. i don't even know what kind of heater to get.

Just wondering why you were planning on the pcx100 ...
I'm running a Sequence/Reeflo Dart - they can be throttled down after the pump, and seem a little more energy efficient, as well as have a 3year warranty, insead of the 1year.
