Yes, I know they work like crap in a SW tank, but I'm setting up a FW planted tank sometime Real Soon Now (TM) and they work well for making current in that application. Anyone out there looking to get rid of some?

I've got one that pumps fine, but isn't currently rotating (its less than a week old and the head has already stuck) - It would probably work if it were cleaned.

Would trade for decent used 300gph PH, or sell it for $20

LOL I just got two, small and big one, little one has been rotating for a week now and shows no sign of stopping. big one rotates sluggishly, but when I put it in the tank there was a bunch of crap floating around, probally needs cleaning. I think the little ones where redesigned, noticed it came in a new box. definitly use the supplied sponge filters with them.

The mounting system for the big one does not seem to fit right.
