The evite list, new members, folks who need meeting information etc.

I will be taking over the duties of maintaining the evite list from fred, and just wanted to make sure to give folks that still need to be on it the chance to contact me this week so that we can get you set for next weekends meeting.

I am going to spend the better part of the day today figuring out how the system works, and will conclude my studies with an evite out to everyone to make sure that folks who do not want to be on it can contat me and have me removed, as well as to allow folks who think they are on it but are not getting the evites to notice the problem so that we can correct it.

please feel free to email me, pm me, or otherwise contact me if you have any questions or concerns. additionally, for the time being, please direct any new or interested folks to me so that i can get them on the mailing list as well.

i want to take this opportunity to thank fred for all of his hard work over the last year in keeping things together on the evite front after alice left for washington. all of your effort and dedication is very important to the club, and is greatly appreciated.

thanks again to everyone else who has helped out, and again, feel free to contact me at any time for anything concerning the evites, or anything else i suppose (except eastern european politics, i dont know much about that, so wouldnt be much help).

You will know you are on the list if you occasionally get the monthly evites describing the date, time, and location of the meetings. I dont have a list of everyones emails to crossreference against the list of emails in the database, but by tomorrow i will be sending out a test message, if you dont get an evite from that sending, then you are definately not and will need to be added in.
