Pink Ricordia yuma?
Anyone have any Pink Ricordia yuma? I got one in trade 6 months ago or so but I placed it poorly in my tank. It shrank slowly and then I tried to move it. It had attached and didn't survive my move attempt. Anyone? Anyone? I would like to try again with better placement.

i wish i had one for you. i have been looking online for them for awhile, and the best prices i have seen are at around 75.00 a polyp. i was considering getting one a while back and hoping it would split, as they are pretty good trade fodder, but i have also read in numerous places that they are one of the slowest to split of the ricordeas.
i will let ya know if i find any deals though. hopefully you can track down the person you got it from originally

most recently a guy on RC was breaking up a rock with like a dozen pink yumas that he had bought, he was asking 75 or so. usually one of the countless specialty online vendors will have them.

Pink Yuma
I have a very pretty pink Yuma with a green rim around it and a green mouth. I have only have this one left, the others i got either were sold quickly or slowly dissapeared under my 400w MH's and this one is still in Great shape and is recoloring back up very nicely. I ould gladly sell it to you if you have a more adequate lighting system (I.E. 250w halides or less) My 400 watt system has a tendency to melt them. If you pay for shipping, I'll let it go for $75, even though I paid $90 for it. e-mail me at Claeth@hotmail.com if your interested. Thanks Lee

I like yumas, but I dont understand why the price is so high on them. Is it demand or are they few and far between. Just wondering. Later Ryan
