Thumbs up

newest members of the family..

.. went to Advanced today ( to look mostly and score a couple of peppermint shrimp) but once there I had to leave with more so I brought home a 3" Electric blue maxima clam!! It's so cool always wanted a calm so I had to get it. I'll post pictures later as I just got them in the tank. Was scared so I took about 2 hours to get them in. And by them I mean I also talked R2 into cutting me a small frag of the coolest colored tri color!!

Ryan correct me if I'm wrong it was a maxima and not a crocea, Right?

The little frag is the coolest coral I have seen. I have wanted it since I first saw it in Advanced a long time ago, but was afraid to try it. I must have caught Ryan on a good day for him to reach in and cut me a fresh frag.

Ryan thank you so much and I will post pictures after they settle.

Is that the name of it? The tri-color in the tank that stands behind his frag tank in the upper left.

Thought Ryan said something about it being "the purple monster" frag everyone has been talking about.

Well, if the bulk of your vocabulary consists of pops, clicks, grunts, and throat clearing noises, then pictures are the way to go! Books are heavy, take up a bunch of space, and start to smell funny after several years in the fish room! Just teasin' Reynaldo. R2
