Just recently my skimmer has decided to output millions of microbubbles and I can't figure out what is causing it. The skimmer is an
ETSS Super Reef Devil being run by a mag 9.5. The pump is actually a little too strong so I have attached a ball valve to scale it down a little. This setup was working great for about a week, I had never seen my skimmer skim so much. Then it decided to crack out. I checked the pump (brand new), no problems there. I tore the skimmer apart and cleaned everything but still millions of
micro bubbles. They are so bad that the pump can't even pull in enough water after a couple minutes of running. Any ideas here?? Thanks in advance.
