Need macro algae

By any chance is anyone coming to the meeting on Sunday that has some macro algae that needs pruning? I'm willing to pay of course! I have a small amount of chaeto now, but I definitely need more to combat excess nutrients in the tank. I want to stuff that sucker!

Not sure if I'd want caulerpa... little scared by the horror stories of it going sexual. Course, I've heard horror stories about halides cracking and frying all the critters, pumps gone mad and emptying tanks... bowfronts shattering, rockwork shifting and busting out the bottom...

And they say that having an aquarium is supposed to be a fantastic way of alleviating stress! Bah!

Anyhow, let me know if anyone wants to wheel and deal with me or Chief (Jay). Hmmm... never thought I'd see the day when I'd be trying to strike a deal to buy some weed. Ha!

Thanks all!
Stacy

Not sure where you are located, but Woody (Seahorse Aquarium, North Portland) always has a big tank full of macro that he gives away to pretty much anyone.

I'm not using any of it, but perhaps someone else on the list can post how his stuff has worked for them.
