Marine Snow- good or no good?

Has anyone used Marine Snow? Is it worth buying to help corals and other filter feeding critters? Please let me know what you think and what your experience is with this product. Thanks, Patrickfficeffice" />>>

I've used it and it seems to work well. When I drop it in my polyps all start stretching their little fingers out to grab it. It's fun to watch.

I think it may work, but like all the bottled coral foods, overpriced solutions imo. I use cyclop-eeze exclusively.

Is the Cyclop-eeze pretty much the same thing?

It's also available freeze-dried, which is my favorite form. Upscales carries the freeze-dried, as does www.drsfostersmith.com and, if I remember correctly, marinedepot.com.

Cichlids & Salt also has the freeze dried and flake forms. My fish love that stuff.

I suspect marine snow is not much different than the mulm/pom we blow off our rocks ... might try that as its something you should be doing at any rate and its free.
