Mangroves?

Does anyone going to the meeting tomorrow have any mangrove plants that they would consider selling to me? I would like to try a couple in my refugium.

Thank you,

Rich

Rich, they are overated IMO. I had 6 in my fuge and they barly grew. If they arent growing, they arent removing nutrients. They are cool looking so if thats what you are looking for so be it, otherwise, stick with the cheato

Ok, well thats good to know, I've heard mixed reviews on them. Do you have a bag of cheato that I could get from you? Mine is not looking so good after the tank relocation and swap.

Mangroves are said to be Extremely good at Exporting nutrients but grow Extremely slow... There is someone on RC that sells like 25 of them for like 20.00 shipped for the seeds... I will try and find both the Article and the Seller... I think the Article was just recent in the Reefkeeping Mag...
