Local Lab Store?

I am looking for a magnetic stir plate and bar for a kalkwasser reactor (nielsen) Does anyone know of a lab specialty store locally that might have something like that... i searched ebay and all i found were old beaten up ones that didnt look too good and newer models that were way too expensive for my simple application... Anyone know of a online place for these? I would rather go with the magnetic stirrer rather than a powerhead to stir the kalk it would be easier no extra holes to drill and less likely to fail IMO....

you could also get a low rpm motor and a long stir stick and do a top driven model, similar to the deltec style stirrers.

If you are looking for a scientific supply store you should check out www.nurnberg.com They are online and have a storefront downtown. Not sure if this is what your looking for as I have no experience with kalk reactors.

You might also want to ask Woody. He might know of a place.
