grow in ref, and feed small amounts in main tank now and then. I wouldn't only because I wouldn't want calurpa of any kind speading all over my tank beyond my control. With good lighting it will eventually take over everything.

I have heard a few horror stories of people pruning it and it kept coming back.
I have a little sawblade in there but I keep close eye on it.
