format32 - How big- what size? Shouldn't be too hard, but I would be a little concerened if it got too big and heavy.
R1 - what about the Deltec clone? Still on?

Cant wait.... give me a call sometime when i can come get those pieces of live rock... and i can drop off some cash to you... also what are the final dimensions going to be? is a iwaki 55 going to be large enough to drive it?? I am trying to get one right now and want to know if this is going to be big enough... Thanks soooo much charles... talk to you soon...

That 100 Brad is selling, would be better to run it for the dual becketts, but you can get away with the 55.
Going away this Sat till the end of Nov, 1st in Dec. will call you then

Yes, your's is next - well it's actually 1/2 finished, the box part anyway. Have been working on it as I work on JR's. If I remember right you had about 26" under that stand of yours, correct?

Hey Charles,
Whats going on at the Sheriff's tonight?? I am so excited about my skimmer ... my Christmas present to my new tank! lol
Yep, I have about 26" inches from top to bottom of stand inside... but I want to be able to get it out to clean , right?
I am finding that EVERYONE has one of your skimmers..... some kind of exclusive club or something lol I feel privledged...
Take care,
J.

jr, the 100 is great for a dual, the 55 is perfect for a single, luckily the resale on the 55 is really good, you can probably get back exactly what you pay for it if you are buying used. i would say go with the 55 now if it is in your budget, and then get a 100 down the line when you decide to go dual injectors.
the 55 makes a great closed loop pump, so you might even decide to hold on to it for that when it is time to get a 100.
oh and you charles skimmer people, brand is selling iwaki pumps right now for really good prices, i suggest you check with him and see what he has, as they are muy expensivo new. i think he still has a 55 and might still have the 100, see above for what one would be best for your applications. if he is sold out, and you are getting a skimmer in the near future, start watching ebay and rc for used rlt model iwakis. they last forever, how long has yours been running jim, like 10 years? alternately you can harass your favorite lfs to get in blueline pumps, basically iwaki clones for a lot less if you want to buy new. not sure who if anyone carries them, but worth asking around for.

No problem, it'll fit and still be able to come out for cleaning
JR
If you can afford it, you might as well get the 100 and run both injectors - those "new" prices are

It's only m o n e y I'll make you a deal, for the extra injector that 12" dereasa that Rezenama is selling would work out. j/k I'll settle for the 3-4" squamosa?
