emergency!! anyone have a torch for sale??
Well, my beloved clowns torch, that they have hosted in for about 6 months now, has the brown jelly disease... I think after the move from the 80 to the 29 the flow was not enough for it. So... I have removed it and the clowns are going nuts. the problem is that I am shipping them Monday to VWD in Wichita who will hold my things for me until I get there and get the 29 up and ready at my Moms. I would really like them to have a torch and don't think that them getting stressed even before I ship them is good for them...
Soooo... does anyone out there have a torch that they could sell me? I put my hammer where their torch was and they are freaking out.
LMK, soon if possible I can come and get one anywhere...
Thanks!
Jenni

Cut off the part that shows the "jelly" and you have a chance of saving the torch. I hope you didn't throw it out. I saved mine, just cut off the infected head.

Thats a nice gesture ... however .. only the shadow knows what a clown is going to host in and your effort on rapidly replacing your torch may not get your the results you expect.

Hopefully when you get down there they may have changed their minds and want to have something else to host in. Trying to look on the bright side.

Jenn, I think they will be fine without a torch. I wouldnt stress over it.
They may act freaked out, but they will just settle down into something else in due time.
go have a beer and relax

if your house was gone when you got home from work, you would freak out. after a bit of time feeling sorry for yourself, the neighbor might offer to let you sleep on the couch, but you would decline, as it isnt the same as your old pad. eventually if someone came along and gave you a new one, you would most likely be glad to have a house again, and would quickly go to work making it a home again.
humans are so like fish it is astounding!

Ok, we went to the neighbor's for dinner and just got home... they seem to be "hovering" around the hammer. they will be fine I think...thanks guys for calming me down. I am just so worried about shipping them on Monday, want them to be ok.
