its really not that hard to have both !
its just a matter of knowing what the fish need and then tayloring around them .
most would have freaked at the addition of all the butterflies , but after digging thru all my carribean books and seeing the gut studies i felt very confident about putting these two types in with the corals . now the foureye b.f. and banded would decimate all the gorgs !
the green razor likes to have sand to dive into so i just built a small sandbox for it - its happy !
also learned with the gorgs that they make it nearly impossible to house stonies , so i gave up on them and have been adding things not affected by their terpenes and phenols .
so its really just a matter of figuring out what works with what and you'll find that both things fowlr and a reef tank can both be had in the same tank .
