Sort of a rock cooking question
A couple of days after adding cooked rock to a new tank I pulled the rock/sand and switched to BB. When I removed the cooked rock I put it in 5 gallon buckets with water. I'm not sure how, but I managed to not empty one of the buckets. This rock(10-15 lbs ) has been sitting in water without a heater or powerhead(indoors) for a couple of weeks. Keep in mind the rock was cooked for 4 months. What should I do about this rock? Add a powerhead and heater and let it cure for a bit? Is it nothing but baserock now and I can just add it to the tank? How much affect if any does lack of gas exchange and heat have on live rock?
