Very nice, that is one sweet stand and canopy. I am jealous of your wet room too, I would love to have one of those, my wet room is my living room

although you don't have to I would cut another piece of starboard for between the 2 pieces to fill the gap, just for looks.

That starboard is not resting on the silicone that holds the bottom pane of glass is it? If so you want about a 1/2 inch gap all the way around to avoid warping and damaging your bottom pane seal.

Wiskey point taken on the starboard..and I'll try and make sure I have some space all the way around and front so it isnt resting on the silicone..

PS: I didnt build the stand and canopy, just stained sealed and sanded... but that took time and skill too
