I just got the my tank circulateing, and my new mag7 is a little on the noisy side. Any helpful hints to hush him up ?

Thanks Mike

Is it in the drink? If not, put it in the drink. Mine was always noisy (and leaky) when run external.

Is it rattling up agenst the glass of the sump? Or is it making noise itself? (meaning if you lift it up off the bottom glass does the noise continue?)

It may just need to break in too.

Mag 7's are known for being noisy, no one knows why. I have the same problem with mine.
