o.k. i had some shots that i was gonna post in my other thread but after looking at them i thought it would be funnier to play the guessing game !
i only have a few and i will start out easy and save the hardest for last .
common name is o.k. .... so lets get ready to rumble ..... oh and after you get it i will post a full pic if i have it , and i won't go to the next one until the answer is gotten !
up first -easy !

Looks like a favia of some kind. My favia looks like that kinda......the centers might be a little different so im probably WRONG. lol

I dont know the answer to this. Its my coral but i dont know what it is. Its an acro of couorse, but it has HUGE polyp extension. It browned out on me but is starting to get its color back.

Anyone?? Sorry gwaco.....hope i didnt mess up your game but i really am curious and would like to find more morphs of this one : )

no i'm not thinking favia ! as far as yours goes i dunno ! i think that the acros are getting like the zoo's - (sp.) is no good anymore , they have to have some fancy name anymore .

yeah...i usually refer to acros as "cool blue tipped" acro or "purple polyped" acro....etc. This one defintely has unique polyps though....thought someone might know a closer ID

Gary's is a Favite sp. Bills is Acropora sp., can't get much closer than that without a microscope.

the second one is an Acro. (nice PE by the way)

the third one is a hydnophora
