i use them wash them out every other day and replace weekly
there ok i also use it for micro bubbles and snails

Fly Guy, why do you say this? I'm interested in a very "natural" very clean reef tank. I'd like to keep it as self-sustained as possible. I'm interested in your Philosophy if you care to share. Thanks.
