If you mean this photo it turned out not to be him  . Just some unfounded rumor. 
As you can see this is clearly Photoshopped. The real spoiler was the fact that this "man" was wearing a loincloth, we all now that Spanky wears Spandex.

If I could operate that camera, get the pictures to the computer, knew how to put them on here - yep.
Actually, last October I started a re-vamp of the tank and never really finished it. It's on a holding pattern right now.
