So ok I get the fact that you can "too much light" shock your sps into turning brown, but if you leave it in the same spot will it eventually colour up again or is it a "must" to move it

Most of the time they will color up again but not always the same color as before.

That's too much light Whis.

You can almost see the green zoox in the polyps of the tan one. Where the polyps can retract and shade them, the polyps are still green. The 'flesh' of the coral, where it can't be retracted and shaded has tanned out on you.
Also, notice how hairy the green one is.

Your tan one is burning up, altering the zoox, and trying to change them.

BTW, that green one likes a whole lot of 'blue' light.
