I think you just have to order a new injector from PM, call and ask.

if you get a high quality acrylic one like form pm or andy at mrc (i was going to havehime make me a matching blue one) its going to cost about $90. or you can go to ebay and get a premade pvc one for about $20

also, I have never had a beckett before, will it require me re-plumbing my overflow to have a direct feed going to the skimmer?? If there is another way to do this, I am much more likely to look into buying this skimmer, we alll know how much of a PIA re-doing plumbing is.

You will not be able to gravity feed this skimmer with your drain. Becket skimmers need a strong pressure rated pump. I use a bullet 1 and it works great.

Ya, to drive this skimmer, you would want something like an iwaka 55, or GenX PCX 55.

Maybe I'm not understanding the concept... I would run a PVC line(inlet to the pump) from my sump, then run the outlet to the skimmer itself??

Yes, exactally. The pump pumps right into the Beckett injector, which is connected to the skimmer box.
