New Guy needs help!

I began "Reef Attempting" about four months ago.

I have made a lot of mistakes (and spent a lot of money) but overall I thought my tank was finally starting to come together. And of course, just when I think things are coming together ...

What is the disgusting green stuff on my glass?
I had Red Slime Algae before and I treated it with Chemi-Clean. It worked really well the first time. However, the stuff does nothing for the green slime that keeps forming on the sides of my tank.

Everyday I scrape off the green slime ... then each afternoon the sides of the tank are covered again. I don't think I am overfeeding the fish. I think I have a decent cleanup crew. I am in the process of setting up a 10g fuge, but will this be enough?

I use RO water.
The protien skimmer is on all the time. I am not sure what dry means.

I also have about 15 turbo snails.

The algae is slime like.
