Awesome, but looks slightly overstocked, even for 1200 gallons.

That tank has been around for a long time. It had some pics in The Reef Aquarium (Vol. 1 I think) and featured in Paletta's Ultimate Marine Aquariums. I think I remember reading that the rocks were cemented together dry and the tank was built around them.

I thought the video was pretty cool. It looks overstocked to me as far as fish go but obviously you can't argue with success. With the way that one of the large angels was tearing into corals I am surprised that any of the corals manage to grow and thrive. I just wanted to share it with everyone.

I agree.. I saw that too. Thanks for sharing. I really enjoyed it. Awesome setup. I'd like to see the background workings of it.
