Some SPS needing a home

Hey all NIMAS members,

I have some SPS that aren't doing to well with the higher tank temp in my house. Instead of watching them die - like two torts already - I want to give them to someone here at NIMAS that will be able to take care of them.

Requirements:
Tank must be up for at least one year (No exceptions to this)
Tank temp doesn't go over 80 (you house should have central air or room air conditioner in the room the tank is in)
Good flow - at least 25xs turnover
At least T5s, may need acclimation for MH

The corals needing a home:
A limited edition flower petal montipora
green acro
green digit.
acro

What I'd want from you - nothing really expect maybe zoas of some LPS I do not have - though this is not a requirement. If in a year or two I can keep the tank temp stable suring the summer, I'd really want some frags of them back (that is if they thive in your tank).

I am usually home after 5:30. Call me on my new cell # listed on the contacts thread or email me at bklynmet dot gmail.com

Although I'm pretty positive it's not the cause of the downfall of SPS in my tank, a few of the acros do have red-bugs. Just so you are aware if interested in adopting them.

Sorry to hear that you have to put your SPS up for adoption Too bad my tank is only 4 months old (not ready for SPS anyway ) Hope you find a happy home for them.

If nobody else wants them, I probably have room for them in my frag tank. Even if you find homes for them, if you want to cut a frag off of the ones you will want back someday, I can put them in the frag tank and try to grow them.

Dave,
Are you going to be home tonight? If so, I can drop them off around 6:30-7:00. PM me again with your address. I have a good idea at where you live, I just need your house # so I do not ring your neighbor's bell.

Thanks Dave for taking the corals in. I am curious to see them grow in your setup.
