So what's with your screen name?

So Joe (bklynmet) asked me at the meeting about my screen name, with it not being something that any of us want to deal with in our tanks I guess it is strange. I have actualy used this name from back about ten years ago when I was on the paintball fourms and it has just stuck. It's actuall the name of a song from my all time favorite band Kiss.

So what's the story with yours?

Brett

I was in a band called 1-900 when we made the switch to TRT.
Seemed like a good idea at the time...
Now that I have left the band, it's kind of like having an ex girlfriend's name tattooed on your *****.

Junkzoo:
Junk= cuz i've been told i happen to have "stuff" gravitate toward me,I go to auctions, or have people ask me if i "want" this/that,(and recently even Batfish LOL) and the stuff i have actually collected, antique radios, German Shepherd stuff, and a bunch of other stuff.

Zoo=Partly related to the first part, to a point. I(my wife and I) happen to have a lotta critters here, 3 parrots/3 mini doxies/2 German Shepherds/the 180 FO and the 75 reef. All affectionately named the "Zoo"

So that's about it , inna nutshell

Jeff,
I didn't know you had antique radios. I've been collecting, & doing some restoring for about 5 years now. I probably have about 50 throughout the house.

Mine arose because my way back friends (from high school) usually call me by my last name (or some variation of it) because of the plethora of Daves out there--although that group generally calls everyone by their last name--although me in particular for some reason (they NEVER call me Dave).
So--Grall, Grallie, Grallster, etc. etc.
Feel free to call me Grall--that's even what my wife calls me.

Mine is actually Bender (on Reef central) But it was taken here so I just added the "2". I was registering on Reef Central way back in 2000 and was drawing a blank on a user name. So I came up with Bender (as in South Bend). I know, original huh? In hind sight I would been a little more creative.
