Six Line Wrasse

Well, took a family field trip to Midwest Corals this afternoon and we picked up a Six-Line wrasse. My 18 mo old just loves seeing all the fish! He could barely contain himself. Will post some pics when I get a chance. I will also get a pic sometime of my changing Koran Angel.

Unhappy

hi there.. I got Six Line too.. about two weeks ago.. but had to move him today to other tank.. it was just to aggressive to my new Two Spot Goby - this poor guy must be chased by Six Line all day and ended up on filter floss in my back chamber... lucky him that I got home and started looking for him.. took me a while.. when I found him he was still alive.. water was just coming on him from tank display but he couldn't move in that filter floss.. anyway when I put him back to the tank the Six Line was just attacking him/ chasing/ nipping on him.. so I turned light off.. took syringe filled with mysis shrimp and net and finally after 5 minutes of waiting I caught him and moved to my roommie tank which has more aggressive fish (ie. Moroon Clown).. now my goby is resting and hope he will get better.. his top fin was nipped too.. I am glad I saved his life and learned something new.. SIX LINE in nano tank with peaceful fish is not a good idea..

Congrats on the new six line. I picked one up at Midwest a year or so ago and it has been a model citizen. Of course as cub4bear mentioned, they are hit or miss on getting along with others. Good luck.

The one I had before I moved everything was great but he went MIA during the move never to be found.
