Purple Death Zoas

Anyone ever see these. I don't have a personal pic of them and don't want to cut and paste from a site, but these are some cool zoas. I have a line on 2 polyps but are going to cost me $50. I'm trying to trade for some frags to get a price break. $50 for 2 polyps is a little much. Hopefully they are worth it. Going to pick them up on Fri. maybe.

No problem Chris. Have to see how well they grow in my tank. I see that site has them 2 polyps for $90 + S&H. I can get 2 for $50 with Free S&H.

I think you can do better than that.. I think $15 or less if you look around... frag swaps have them often...

Yes but the frag swaps are always a little far for me. This guy is only 10 min. away. Frag swaps are 45min ~2 hrs away.

I think he's talking about Purple Deaths (PD) not Purple People Eaters (PPE).. I have PPEs and paid something like $10 for 4 polyps... now I have over 20 polyps in the colony... but I do agree it's not worth the $50 price..

Woohoo. I got 2 heads of it for a 1" frag of pink birdsnest and $25. I knew he would go lower once I got there. I'm a returning customer to him. Once they open I'll try to get a pic of it with my low end camera.

Couldn't get the pics in today. I'll try tomorrow. They are so small it is hard to get a clear pic with a low end camera.
