Pet Haven?

Hey all,

Does anyone know what day Pet Haven gets their live stock orders in? I want to take another trp over but don't want to drive a hour and have them have a small selection.

Thanks,
Brett

Used to, but having a brain cramp right now.
I do know they get their drygoods one day and then the live stuff the next,,,i wanna say live stuff on Weds, but don't quote me.

I know Claudia works downstairs on Thurs (the only day i go there ) and Ken is not there, which is fine for me .

Give her a call during the week (or on Thurs) and ask her.

FWIW, mention my name(and/or NIMAS) , ya never now what could happen . Also, mebbe throw in the name "Scott" as in "You know Jeff n Scott", that might help ya as far as pricing yer goodies, or if anything, help that ball rolling on that subject.

And if you get the chance , tell Claudia i was in there two thurs ago, and missed her, when she was at lunch

Not sure but the times I've been there it was pretty bare. There prices are a little more than a couple places. The good thing about them is that they carry VHO bulbs and the reef safe super glue gel.

Don't waste money on the "reef safe" super glue gel--I've yet to find a super glue gel that isn't reef safe. I use the duro brand that's like a dollar a tube.

Ditto on the super glue. Premium has a pretty good sized container of frag glue, plain ol super glue, in a nice bottle (looks almost "homemade/labeled") for a great price, AND the stuff does not dry up after you open it. Lasts a long time, ya seem to always find wherever you left it.(big plus for me LOL) Forgot the actual price , but it's a lot cheaper getting their bottle of it, than getting/using the lil tubes.

I don't buy the glue. I use regular old super glue. The other stuff was too much $$ for my blood. The VHO's are a little high, but there isn't anywhere close to me that carries them.

They make their order on Wednesday so if you want anything special call Claudia late morning and she will tell you if what you want is on the list she can get. They order comes in the next day. I am going to place an order for a black cucumber.
