Message to NIMAS members!
Just wanted to let you all know , that it appears NIMAS's site is down , and hopefully it will be up n running soon.
Feel free to post here, on anything you need to , while NIMAS's board is "off the air"
I put this forum here on TRT, in case stuff like this ever happens (again  )and looks like it happened again,,,hopefully Matt will get the club forum up to speed soon, but in the meantime, post here w/ anything you want to

Still no word on what is going on,,,prob the same thing that happened to us last year,,,,  the site expired,,,,
Have not heard anything from Matt, or anyone,
(Note to myself, copy everyone's email addy and /or phone # from off the board, so i call be in contact with more the the few guys near me... )

Yup, i have some PM's sent out, but no replies as of yet,Matt and Phil are members of TRT also, so i went that route in contacting them,,,

Yup Phil , like i PM'ed ya, we need to get a list of the more active members(at least first off) with the emails etc. to everyone, so we can keep in touch, plus to inform them we have the forum here ,,mebbe for good,,,,,,,either send someone you have the info , on, to someone else, add whatever contact info you have, and send it along,to someone else so hopefully we will all have a list of contact info, to communicate amoungst the membership,,
IE: All i have is Matt,you(Phil )and Tony, since you are members here on TRT, and i went thru the membership roster to contact you all,,other than that i have no other means to let anyone else know , of either club info, and/or to let them know we have the forum here,,,,,

Welcome Joe! Yup, please pass along the info about finding us here, and if you got a bunch of member's emails and such, how about forwarding them to us here(via email /PM), so we can add them to our address book.
Take a look around TRT, think you will like it

Jeff... PM was sent. I've visited TRT before but haven't joined up until now because I post to RC, MR (Michigan Reefers) and sometimes TR (Talking Reef). Since this will be the official NIMAS spot for now, I'll be surfing THT more.
When I saw the NIMAS site wasn't there, I panicked b/c that was IT for networking with other local reefers and why I setup the google group..

I'm here too. If Matt does get the Nimas board up and running, will all the info be lost again? It seems like every time Nimas started to get some action, the board crashes.

Aaron, probably,,,,  Think everything was lost the last time also,,,,
Glad to see more of you fellas finding us here,,and make sure to let others that you might have email address etc for,,,that we are here currently,,,as our "home base"

Welcome aboard Glad to see more and more members find the way over here,,and like i said in other threads,,if you know of any other members that you can tell them what is going on, and that we are here right now (and prob permanently) that will be great, cuz i think maybe Tony is prob one of a few guys that happens to have a good amount of member's contact info, (never thought of it, otherwise i woulda copied everyone's email /contact info down, if case the old board went down,,,,d'uh  ) So if you know of any of the old bunch,,,let them know we are here now, and heck, even if they were not a member b4, and want to join us here, let them know they are more than welcome!
