Large Tanks

You guys with tanks over 100 gallons, is that just overcompensating - you know like the sports car thing?

Just trying to liven things up on a Friday. Not too much action lately.

Just because my tank is small that doesn't mean....

Happy Friday!!!

Yea what's up with you guys and your big tanks? Does it make you feel more manly? Is it a middle aged thing?
TGIF three day weekend. They canceled my O.T.

Well after seeing my tank Todd--don't you think I could use more room? I say the bigger the better (if you have the space of course). Some fish need a tank over 100 gallons.
And as far as anything else goes...let's not start flopping them on the table!

(don't want to make anyone jealous)

No such thing as too large of a tank IMO.

Bigger IS better. (ask around LOL)

FYI: My 180 FO is one day gonna be upsized to 250-300,and the 75 reef has the 200g waitin' in the garage.

well i do it because i like to have the freedom to keep a more variety of fish like angels or tangs with big tanks and have more fish
but i like nanos because i dont spend 2 hours cleaning it
but both large and small tanks are fun to have
happy friday

I like it because of the stability of the extra water volume. That's why I added my sump in the basement and added another 75+/- gallons to my volume. I also like the extra room for corals. Plus the real reason I got it, was for my love for Tangs, and I wanted a 6' long tank to make mine happy. No compensation here... nothing to need to compensate for.
I think 250+ would be the dividing line. I could see a 210, but not much more.
