There really isn't an application or anything you would have to fill out. Atleast I don't think. There are monthly meeting that are not mandatory. The next one is coming up on the 24th in SB. Which I'm hoping will be my 1st one.

I really must Thank you for all your support and help. Don't laugh , but stranger danger in a group of people. I am fully sure that my humor is not always funny. LOL I am little weary because I mostly see males on the site not to many women in this hobby.? All seem to be married but my hubby is probably not gonna want to go with me and well that is a little well the word escapes me and the old saying goes. I don't want to go alone. LOL

Either way there are a lot of helpful people here. Women as well. I understand. My wife keeps telling me not to sell frags out of the house because of the same reason. I figured that I have protection...a 75 lb. female rottie that does not like strangers. She needs to spend a lil time with someone to see if she likes them. My size tends to steer people away as well...6'6" 230 lbs. tattooed and shaved head.

TY for understanding. I just would feel lide plankton in a shark tank.LOL Seriously though I am way excited to meet people. I infact love people my hubby likes people too. He just well not the type to go on the net. He will help me with my tanks but the rest I am on my own. I

Welcome Amy.. I can understand the hesitation about meeting attendance on your own... I'm a guy and little hesitant about going to a 'stanger's' house as well. To maybe make you feel a little more at ease, Digitalis - the person hosting this month's meeting - is hosting the meeting along with his wife who is into reefing as well. They just had a baby two months ago (I believe but may have lost track of time.) I believe there won't be any issue with bringing hubby/wife along either.
